Which Foods to Eat in Soft Diet?

  • The foods to be taken in a soft diet must meet specific requirements. The food, preferably, should be warm and it also recommends to cook it with a little salt.

1. Bread Pudding

Bread pudding is simple to prepare and can be used in snacks by those who do not have a contraindication to consume milk.


  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • Pinch of salt;
  • One slice of sliced ​​bread;
  • 1/2 cup of milk;
